Which photo to choose
The printed area is vertical and the mug is curved: a centred subject, in portrait format, works better than a wide landscape. A face, a pet, a drawing, a logo, a short line of text. Avoid very wide group photos, where everyone ends up tiny.
Use the original from the phone, never a screenshot or a photo forwarded through a messaging app, which are compressed. And if you do not have the right photo, the studio can redraw it in manga, watercolour or cartoon style, or create a visual from a sentence.

Delivery time and Christmas deadline
Each mug is printed to order, at the production site closest to the delivery address. Allow 5 to 10 working days in the UK, Europe and the US, production included, and up to 15 elsewhere. To have it under the tree, order by Thursday 10 December in Europe (Monday 7 December is the comfortable date), and by Thursday 3 December outside Europe. Does the travel mug really keep drinks hot?
Yes: the double stainless-steel wall insulates the drink. It stays hot for hours, and cold in summer.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
Yes, the print is made to withstand the dishwasher without fading.
Does it leak in a bag?
No, the lid is leak-proof. It is designed to travel in a bag or a car.
Can I add text as well as the photo?
Yes. You can add a first name, a date or a line of text, pick from more than thirty text styles, and add stickers.
What if the mug arrives damaged?
Because it is personalised, it is exempt from the standard right of withdrawal, but any printing, manufacturing or transport defect is replaced or refunded at no cost, within 14 days of delivery.
