Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), every consumer customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute, after having sent a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory response. The mediation body is currently being appointed; its details will be published here as soon as membership takes effect.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (texts, images, code) is the property of Pose ton design, unless otherwise stated. Photographs uploaded by customers remain their property. They are used only to produce the order, with the exception of a reduced copy kept for 14 days to improve the site, only if the visitor has accepted audience measurement (see the privacy policy).
Content imported by users: responsibility and warranty of rights
The user is solely responsible for the content they import onto the site, whatever it may be: photographs, images, illustrations, texts, trademarks and logos. By importing it, they certify that they hold all the rights necessary for its reproduction, adaptation and printing, in particular intellectual property rights: copyright and related rights, rights in trademarks, designs and models, as well as the image rights of the people depicted and, in the case of a minor, the authorisation of their legal representatives.
The user indemnifies Pose ton design against any claim, action, judgment or demand for compensation by a third party based on imported content, including the defence costs incurred.
Pose ton design does not check imported content in advance. It reserves the right to refuse, withdraw and fully refund any order whose content is manifestly unlawful, infringing, or contrary to human dignity.
Processing of content by artificial intelligence
The site offers AI-assisted creation tools. By importing content and then requesting a transformation, a generation or a background removal, the user expressly authorises Pose ton design and its technical service providers to reproduce, adapt, crop, cut out, retouch and transform this content by automated means, solely for the purpose of producing the requested image and, where applicable, manufacturing the ordered item.
This authorisation is non-exclusive, limited to these purposes, and ends when the order has been fulfilled. It does not entail any transfer of rights: the user remains the owner of their original content.
The result produced by the tool is an automatic proposal: it may contain inaccuracies or differ from the original content. The user checks it before ordering, and the preview they approve is authoritative.
Images generated by the site's artificial intelligence, as well as the written request that produced them, may be kept by Pose ton design to understand and improve the service. They are not used commercially and are not used by Pose ton design to train an artificial intelligence model. Photographs imported by the user are used to produce the image and the order. If the user has accepted audience measurement, a reduced copy is also kept for 14 days, then automatically deleted; it is neither used commercially nor used to train an artificial intelligence.
