PERSONALISED PRODUCTS: NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Every item sold by Pose ton design is made individually from the image you send us. In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. This exclusion is pointed out to you before you confirm your order, and you expressly accept it by ordering.
CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION
As long as your order has not gone into production, you can cancel it and get a full refund. Write to us as soon as possible, giving your order number. Production usually starts within 24 hours.
WHAT REMAINS GUARANTEED, IN ALL CASES
The absence of a right of withdrawal takes nothing away from your legal guarantees. We replace or refund free of charge: an item damaged in transit; a printing, size, colour or product error on our part; a manufacturing defect (stitching, peeling print, cracked ceramic); an item that does not match the preview you approved.
Report the problem to us within 14 days of receipt, with your order number and a photo. We reply within 48 business hours and cover the return shipping if needed. You don't have to pay anything upfront.
YOUR LEGAL GUARANTEES
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which entitles you to have the item repaired or replaced for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), for 2 years from the discovery of the defect. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee.
THE QUALITY OF YOUR FILE
We print what you upload. A photo that is too small or blurry will give a blurry print: the preview warns you about this before you order. This case does not entitle you to a refund, but write to us anyway — we almost always find a solution.
REFUNDS
An accepted refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of our approval.
