These terms govern the use of the websites posetondesign.fr (France) and posetondesign.co (international), the personalisation tool they offer and the orders placed on it. By using the site, you accept them.
Pose ton design lets you upload a photo, lay it out on an item (mug, T-shirt, tote bag, cap, sweatshirt, hoodie, postcards, frame) and then order that printed item, as a single piece or in several copies. Each item is made on demand from the file you designed.
You remain the owner of the photo you upload. By placing an order, you grant us the right to reproduce it on the ordered item and to pass it to our printer for that production. If you have accepted audience measurement, a reduced copy of the uploaded photo is also kept for 14 days to improve the site, under the conditions of Article 11. We do not use it for any other purpose, in particular not for advertising, without your written consent.
You warrant that you hold the rights to the uploaded image and that it does not infringe copyright, a third party's image rights, or public order. We reserve the right to refuse and refund an order whose image is manifestly unlawful.
The result depends on the resolution of the uploaded file. The tool warns you when the resolution is insufficient for the chosen print size. A blurry print caused by a low-resolution photo, despite this warning, does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Prices are shown in euros, or in the currency of the delivery country on posetondesign.co (pounds sterling, Swiss francs, US dollars, Canadian dollars). They are net prices, VAT not applicable (Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Delivery is included to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply on receipt, depending on the country. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments: your bank details do not pass through us and are not stored on this site.
The items sold here are personalised, made to your specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. This takes nothing away from your legal guarantees: an item that is damaged, defective or does not match the design you approved is remade or refunded. See the return and refund policy.

We do our utmost to keep the site accessible, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Our liability cannot exceed the amount of the order concerned.
These terms are governed by French law. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge; their details are given in the legal notice.

The site offers AI-assisted creation tools. By uploading a photo and then requesting a transformation, a generation or a background removal, you expressly authorise us, and our technical service providers, to reproduce, adapt, crop, cut out, retouch and transform it by automated means, solely for the purpose of producing the requested image and, where applicable, manufacturing the ordered item.
This authorisation is non-exclusive, limited to these purposes, and ends when the order has been fulfilled. It does not entail any transfer of rights: you remain the owner of your original photo.
The result produced by the tool is an automatic proposal: it may contain inaccuracies or differ from the original photo. You check it before ordering, and the preview you approve is authoritative.
Images generated by the site's artificial intelligence, as well as the written request that produced them, may be kept to understand and improve the service. They are not used commercially and are not used by Pose ton design to train an artificial intelligence model. The photos you upload follow the rules of Article 11.
You are solely responsible for the content you import and you certify that you hold the rights necessary both to reproduce and to modify it.
If you have accepted audience measurement (“Accept” button on the cookie banner, or “Analytics” box in the settings opened via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page), a reduced copy of each photo you upload to the personalisation tool (1,280 pixels maximum) is sent to our servers. It helps us understand what visitors are trying to create and improve the tool and support. If you refuse, or as long as you have not responded, no copy is kept.
This copy is kept for 14 days, then automatically deleted. Only the site publisher has access to it. It is not resold, transferred, published, used for advertising or commercial purposes, or used to train an artificial intelligence model.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page: no further copies are kept after that. To have a copy already kept deleted, write to us via the contact form (posetondesign.fr/pages/contact). Details are given in the privacy policy.
Don't upload a photo of a person without their consent.
