Shipping is included in every price, with no minimum order, for every country on the list. For an address outside the European Union (the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada and the others), local import rules, duties or taxes may apply depending on the country: check with the authorities where the gift is going. The checkout shows the total to pay before you confirm.
Delivery times, with no promised date
Your gift is printed to order near the delivery address, then shipped. Allow 5 to 10 working days in the UK, Europe and the US and up to 15 working days for the other countries. That is a range, not a guarantee: we do not commit to an arrival day.
How to order for an address abroad
- Pick the product and upload your photo in the online studio: the preview appears right away.
- Add it to the cart and go to checkout.
- Enter the recipient's address, in their country, not yours. Choose the country from the list carefully: it determines the total to pay.
- Check the total shown, then confirm.
Write the address the way it is written in the destination country. Formats differ: UK postcodes mix letters and digits, US addresses need a state, and Japanese addresses order their lines differently than in France or the US. Copy the address exactly as the recipient gives it to you.
What to give so it travels well
Flat or soft items are the easiest to send far. Glass and frames handle a long trip less well: keep them for nearby countries.
