How these dates are calculated

Every item is printed to order: 2 to 4 working days of production (it usually starts within 24 hours), then 3 to 5 working days of delivery — 5 to 10 working days in total, delivered. Printing happens close to the delivery address, so a parcel for Chicago is printed in the United States and a parcel for Lyon in Europe. Counting 10 working days back from Thursday 24 December 2026 lands on Thursday 10 December: that is the last date with the full window on your side.

December peak weeks can add a few days at the printers and the carriers — that is the whole difference between the “comfortable” date and the last one.

Ordering late anyway: what still works

Between 11 and 15 December an order usually still arrives in time, but nothing is left for a hiccup. After the 15th, three honest options: the gift card by e-mail (instant, the recipient creates their own design with the AI studio and three free tries), ordering anyway and offering the printed preview as a card while the parcel finishes its trip, or picking the postcards or mug early in the window since small items ship fastest in our experience.

Questions we get

Can I pay for express shipping? No. There is a single delivery option and it is already included in the price. That is why the dates on this page matter: the lever is ordering early, not paying more at the end.

Do you guarantee delivery before 24 December? No, and we prefer to say it plainly. We publish working-day ranges (2 to 4 days of production, 3 to 5 days of delivery) and they hold for the vast majority of orders, but carriers do not guarantee dates in Christmas week. Ordering by 10 December keeps a full 10 working days before the 24th.

When does production start, and can I still cancel? Production usually starts within 24 hours of the order. Until then you can cancel for a full refund. Once the item is printed, a personalised product cannot be returned for a change of mind (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code) — the preview before payment is there for that reason.

Do customs slow down UK, Swiss or US orders? Items are printed close to the delivery address — a US order in the United States, a European order in Europe — so most parcels do not cross an ocean or a customs border. Where duties or local taxes apply on arrival (outside the EU), they are set by the destination country.

What is the very last option on 23 or 24 December? The digital gift card: it is delivered by e-mail, usually within minutes, and the recipient designs their own item afterwards. Many people slip a printed preview of a planned gift under the tree with it.

Does the 2027 photo calendar follow the same dates? Yes. Calendars, frames, canvases, mugs and textiles are all printed to order on the same 5-to-10-working-day schedule, whatever the item.
