How it works

At checkout, you enter two addresses: yours for billing, the recipient's for delivery. The item is made and shipped straight to them, without passing through you.

Within Europe: 5 to 10 working days, shipping included.
UK, Switzerland, the US, and beyond: up to 15 working days, shipping still included in the price shown.
Outside the EU: customs duties may apply on arrival, and it's the recipient who sees them.
Several items: they may arrive separately, on different days.

What to send when you're not there to hand it over

Something that ships well and needs no explanation is the safest choice. A few pointers:

The numbersAt Pose ton design, delivery to the recipient is included in the price. Sending an A4 frame and a mug to the same address costs the two prices added together, delivered. Frames don't count towards the quantity discount.

Keeping the surprise and signing the gift

Put your message on the object itself: a first name, "Happy Christmas, from…", a date. The text styles and themes ("Family", "Thank You!", "Merry Christmas") are there for exactly this.
Give them a heads-up without spoiling it: "a parcel's on its way, don't open it before Sunday." Otherwise, an unexpected parcel can get refused or left waiting.
Double-check the full address: the name on the letterbox, entry code, floor number.
For a shipment outside the EU, let the recipient know customs duties might be requested from them.

Mistakes to avoid

Mixing up the two addresses: re-check the delivery address before paying.

What happens if the frame arrives broken at the recipient's address? Report it within 14 days of delivery with the order number and a photo: replacement or refund at no charge, return shipping covered.
