The start of the school year is when clubs and associations replenish their membership — and when someone ends up in charge of ordering team t-shirts. Good news: with a single well-chosen photo, you can outfit everyone without needing a quote, without a minimum order requirement, and without having to create an account.
One photo, the whole team
The principle is simple. You upload a photo to the online workshop, position it on the screen, add text if you like — the club name, the year, a nickname — and place your order. Nothing is kept in stock: each item is made to order.
For a club or association, the photos that work best are those where the group is recognizable: the end-of-season team photo, the podium, the booth at the community fair. Avoid screenshots and images taken from a chat group, which are often too compressed. Which product for which use
- The €18.90 t-shirt (Gildan 64000, unisex from S to 2XL): the classic for a tournament, an outing, or a race. This is the most ordered item in terms of quantity.
- The €37.90 sweatshirt (Gildan 18000) and the €42.90 hoodie (Gildan 18500): for winter training and sidelines. Same sizes, from S to 2XL.
- The €29.90 tote bag: cotton, long handles, 38 × 42 cm. Practical for a welcome gift for new members.
- The €16.90 mug: 325 ml ceramic, dishwasher safe. A nice end-of-season gift for volunteers and coaches.
All displayed prices include delivery, even for a single item. There are no hidden fees that appear at the last minute.
Bulk discounts, no code required
This is the detail that changes everything when ordering for a group: 10% off from 10 items in the cart, 15% off from 25. It's automatic, no code to type, the discount appears by itself in the cart.
Items can be combined, and they don't need to be identical: ten different items count as ten. So you can mix fifteen t-shirts for the players and five mugs for the board, and the threshold is reached.
In practical terms, ten t-shirts come to €170.10 instead of €189.00. Ten mugs to €152.10 instead of €169.00. Beyond twenty-five items, you move up to 15% off.
One exception to note: the three wooden frames are excluded from the discount and do not count toward the threshold. Everything else — mugs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tote bags, postcards, calendars — is included. Details are on the personalized bulk goodies page.
Sizes, the real issue
This is where group orders get complicated, and it has nothing to do with printing. Before ordering, circulate a shared spreadsheet with one column: size. From S to 2XL, remembering that the cuts are unisex — people who usually wear a women's cut S often take a size up for this type of garment.
Close the spreadsheet on a specific date and order in one batch. It is the only way to reach the discount threshold: three separate orders of eight t-shirts is twenty-four items and zero discount.
Order one or two extra pieces beyond the number of registered members. There is always someone who arrives late.
When to order
The site announces 5 to 10 working days for delivery, production included. So count on a good week, and work backward from there.
If the t-shirts must be worn during a tournament in mid-October, the order should go out at the beginning of October — not the day before. For a dated event, leave a margin of two weeks: this gives you time to react if a photo needs to be replaced.
Delivery is to France, the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the United States. Every product is printed to order at the partner site closest to the delivery address.
Two or three things to know before confirming
- No account to create. Your photo only leaves the browser at the time of payment.
- A personalized product is not eligible for returns (Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code). However, any printing, manufacturing, or transport defect will be replaced or refunded.
- Double-check the text added to the design before confirming: the club name, the year, the spelling of names. This is the most frequent error in bulk orders.
