Who prints
We work with Gelato, a network of partner printers spread across several countries. The principle: an order goes to the workshop nearest the delivery address, rather than to a single factory shipping worldwide. For a European order, printing therefore takes place in Europe; for an order delivered in the United States, it takes place in the United States.
We do not choose the workshop order by order, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we know and can state: production is local to the delivery region, and the parcel travels fewer kilometres than it would from a single central factory.

Where the garments come from
The Gildan 64000 Softstyle t-shirt is a branded item, bought blank and then printed. Those garments are not made in Europe. We do not have factory-by-factory traceability, and we will not claim it.
What we control stops at printing and dispatch. That is not much, and it is exactly what we say.
Why print to order
- Nothing unsold. Nothing is made until someone has bought it — and a personalised object is of no use to anyone but the person who ordered it.
- Never out of stock. That is what "never out of stock" means on the product pages: there is no stock to run out of.
- Slightly longer delivery. Count 5 to 10 working days in Europe and up to 15 elsewhere, printing included, rather than twenty-four hours for something already sitting in a box.
What happens to your photo
The preview you see on screen is computed in your own browser: until you order, your image is not sent anywhere. Only at the moment of payment is the print file transmitted to the printer, and it is deleted after dispatch.
If something is wrong
A personalised object is made to your order, which is why it is exempt from the standard European right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(c)). That is exactly why the preview is as faithful as we can make it before payment, and why the actual printed area is drawn on screen.
An item that arrives damaged, badly printed, or not matching your order is reprinted at our expense. Write to our email address with a photo — that is enough.
