What it is not for

Orders needed in under five days, runs of several hundred pieces, embroidery, and licensed characters or brands (the AI refuses them). For those, a local printer or a bulk supplier is a better fit.

Who makes the products? Each item is printed to order by Gelato, a network of independent print partners that produces close to the delivery address. A French order is printed in Europe, a German order in Germany, a US order in the United States. Different item types can come from different workshops, so an order of several item types can arrive in several parcels, with no extra delivery cost.

Is shipping really included? Yes. The displayed price is the price paid, for one item or many, in France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. Outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply on arrival; they are set by the destination country.

What if the item arrives damaged or wrong? Report it within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo. A damaged item, a printing or size error on our side, a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match the preview you approved is replaced or refunded at no cost, and we cover the return if one is needed.

Can I cancel an order? Yes, until it goes into production, which usually starts within 24 hours: the refund is full. Personalised items made to the customer's specifications are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right under French and EU consumer law (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), which is why the preview comes before payment.
