How long does a single custom mug take to arrive?
There is no stock: your mug is printed after you order, in the United States for a US address. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, then the carrier takes over. Allow up to 15 business days in total, and add a few days around Christmas. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Which mug is it, and is it dishwasher safe?
- The mug: white ceramic, 325 ml (11 oz), comfortable handle.
- Print: sublimation over a 20 × 9.5 cm area, almost all the way round. The colors are in the glaze, not on top of it.
- Care: dishwasher and microwave safe. Avoid abrasive sponges.
What photo works best on a mug?
The printed band is wide and short, about 20 × 9.5 cm: a horizontal photo, or two photos side by side, fills it best. A tight crop on faces reads better than a wide shot. Use the original file rather than a copy saved from a messaging app; the preview shows the mug before you pay and warns you if the image is too small.

Is there a minimum order for a custom photo mug? No. You can order a single mug with your photo. The price per mug is the same from 1 to 9 items; an automatic 10% discount applies from 10 items in one cart and 15% from 25.
How long does delivery to the US take? Each mug is printed to order in the United States for a US address: 2 to 4 business days of production, then transit. Allow up to 15 business days in total.
What if my mug arrives broken or with a defect? A printing error, a manufacturing defect, or a mug that arrives broken or damaged in transit is replaced or refunded at no cost. Report it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Because each mug is personalized, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes on delivery? Shipping is included and nothing is added at checkout. Our shipping policy states: “Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada), customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt: they are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.”
