The shop's published lead time is 5 to 10 working days in the UK, Europe and the US and up to 15 elsewhere; plan on the longer figure for a date that matters. Outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's. For Christmas, the order deadline is on the Christmas 2026 deadlines page.
Getting a portrait that looks like your pet
