Which site should you use for a personalised t-shirt?
Every personalised t-shirt site looks alike on the home page. They differ on six points, three of which are written nowhere. Personalised t-shirt $23.00 each, shipping included, no minimum.

The six criteria
- 1. The minimum order. The criterion that rules sites out fastest. An attractive rate “from 25 pieces” is no use if you want one. Here there is no minimum: the t-shirt costs $23.00, shipping included.
- 2. The delivered price, not the advertised one. Compare the amount on the final payment page, for your real quantity. Postage added at the end usually accounts for the whole gap.
- 3. The lead time in working days. A personalised item is made after the order. Be wary of “24 hours”: that is the dispatch time of a stocked product, which a personalised t-shirt never is. We quote 5 to 10 working days in France, printing and delivery included.
- 4. What is asked of your photo. A serious site tells you the minimum resolution and warns you when your file is too small. A site that accepts anything silently will print the blur too.
- 5. The returns policy, written honestly. On personalised goods there is no right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3° of the French consumer code). A site promising “satisfied or refunded” on made-to-order work is promising something it is not bound to do. What must be guaranteed, and is here, is that any printing, manufacturing or transport defect is replaced or refunded.
- 6. The t-shirt model. Reference and fabric weight, or nothing. We print on a Gildan 64000 Softstyle, 150 gsm cotton, adult sizes S to 2XL.
Two questions to ask before comparing
How many do you want? At one or five, sites with minimums are out. At fifty or a hundred, a local screen printer will often beat any website — it is fair to say so.
For when? If the date is under two weeks away, lead time becomes the only criterion that matters. Our delivery time page covers what stretches it.
What we do not do
Worth saying plainly: we print on one side only, there is no embroidery, and there is no children’s size — the smallest is an adult S. If any of those three is essential, another site will serve you better.
Questions we get asked
Which site is best for a single personalised t-shirt? One with no minimum order, that shows a price including delivery, a lead time in working days, and the exact reference of the t-shirt used.
How do you honestly compare two personalised t-shirt sites? By comparing the final amount on the last payment page, for the quantity you actually want, on the same day. “From” prices almost always assume a bulk order.
Can a personalised t-shirt be refunded? A personalised product carries no right of withdrawal, under article L221-28 3° of the French consumer code. Any printing, manufacturing or transport defect is however replaced or refunded.
Can the t-shirt be printed front and back? No, printing is on one side only.
