Which custom photo gifts stay under $25?
| Gift | Price, US shipping included | Fits a $25 budget |
|---|---|---|
| Ceramic mug, 11 oz (325 ml), photo and a line of text | $23.00 | Yes |

| Cotton tote bag, 38 × 42 cm (about 15 × 16.5 in) | $35.00 | Above $25 |

The mug is the safer pick when the budget is fixed and you do not know their size; the t-shirt works when you do. Both double as a stocking stuffer or a white elephant pick. If your group set the budget in euros, our Secret Santa photo gift under €25 page lists the same items in euros.

When should I order for a Secret Santa before Christmas?
| Order by | What it means |
|---|---|
| Monday, December 7 | A comfortable margin through the busy weeks |
| Thursday, December 10 | The last day with the usual window before December 24 |
| December 11 to 15 | Usually still arrives, with no reserve |
| After December 15 | Digital gift card by email |
These dates are not guaranteed. Our shipping policy allows up to 15 business days in total outside France, and print partners can take a few days longer in December. Most office exchanges and white elephant parties happen before the holiday week, so count back from the day of your exchange, not from December 24. There is no paid express option: ordering early is the only lever. All the dates are on our Christmas 2026 order deadlines page, and the US ones on custom photo Christmas gifts: US order-by dates.
What do I put on it when I barely know my coworker?
A photo of the team, the office dog, the building, the view from their desk, or an inside joke from the team chat. No usable photo? Describe the idea in one sentence and the studio draws it, or have a photo redrawn in a style such as a cartoon, pop art or a watercolor. Three tries are free and the preview shows the mug or the t-shirt before you pay. A free background-removal button runs in your browser. For a dog mom or cat dad on the team, their pet's photo is the safe answer: see custom dog and cat photo gifts shipped in the US.
Can the whole team order in one go?
Yes, and it costs less: from 10 items in one cart the 10% discount applies automatically, 15% from 25, and each item can carry a different photo. One person can place the order and have everything shipped to a single office address. To keep it anonymous, leave your name out of the text and ship to the office rather than to their home.
