Two uses, two ways to go about it:

One t-shirt, just for them: their photo, their age, a line of text. It gets handed over with the presents and worn for the rest of the party. $23.00, shipping included, even for a single one.
The same one for the whole group: their photo on every guest's t-shirt. Guaranteed reaction when the birthday person walks in.

Milestone ages and the big-number template

For an 18th, 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th, the age is the message. The studio's big-number template (« Gros chiffre » in the studio) shows the number large, with your photo: all you do is change the figure.

For a child's birthday, note that the t-shirts come in adult sizes only, S to 2XL. For a teenager who already wears an S it works; otherwise a mug or a frame avoids the problem.

Which photo and which words

The t-shirt is seen from across the room during the party: keep it simple.

One photo, one face: sharp and well lit. The free Remove background (AI) button cuts out the face, which then stands out better on a coloured t-shirt.
A photo that is too small? The Make the photo sharper (AI) button helps. The guidelines are in photos that look good on a t-shirt.
Three or four words of text: their name and age, the date, "Team" followed by their name, a group in-joke.
Contrast: a light photo on a dark t-shirt, a dark photo on a light one. The 9 colours run from white to black, by way of red and pale pink.
