What the price covers
- The mug: $23.00, ceramic, 325 ml, dishwasher safe.
- Printing your photo and text, at no extra cost.
- Delivery: included, to France, the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States.
- Minimum: none. One mug is made to order, in Europe.
- Lead time: 5 to 10 working days in France.
The mug is the entry price of the range, which makes it the most used product for a group gift or a batch to hand out.
The “from 36 pieces” trap
The mug is where the gap between advertised and paid is widest, for a simple reason: it is heavy and fragile. Postage on a single mug often passes five euros, and many sites publish a unit price valid from thirty-six pieces — a full carton.
So check three things before paying: the real minimum, the postage added at the end, and whether the price assumes a bulk order. Our delivered price comparison compares the final amount for one item.
For several
The discount shows on its own at the basket, with no code: 10% from 10 items, 15% from 25. Items add up across different products. On a first order from €35, BIENVENUE10 takes off 10%.
Before you order
Two practical points. The mug is dishwasher safe — the mug and dishwasher page explains what actually damages a print. And the format is small: a group photo taken from a distance becomes unreadable once wrapped around 8 cm of height. The which photo for a mug page covers the cropping that works.
