The price shown is the price you pay: no shipping line is added at checkout. Ordering several? The price per sweatshirt stays the same up to 9; from 10 items in one cart an automatic 10% discount applies, and 15% from 25. Each sweatshirt in the cart can carry a different photo and size.
How long does a single custom sweatshirt take to arrive?
There is no stock: your sweatshirt is printed after you order, in the United States for a US address. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, then the carrier takes over. Allow up to 15 business days in total, and add a few days around Christmas. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Which sweatshirt is it, and which sizes?
- The sweatshirt: Gildan 18000 crew neck, 280 g/m² fleece brushed on the inside, unisex cut, ribbed cuffs and hem.
- 9 colors: white, black, navy, sport grey, red, forest green, maroon, sand, light pink.
- Sizes: adult unisex S to 2XL, same price. Check the size guide against a sweatshirt the person already wears.
- Print: direct-to-garment on the chest, A3 area, your photo plus text if you like.
- Care: machine wash at 30 °C (86 °F) inside out, dry flat or on a hanger, no tumble dryer.
What photo works best on a sweatshirt?
The chest area is roughly A3 in portrait, so a portrait or square photo fills it best. A tight crop on a face or a pet reads better than a wide shot, and a cut-out subject sits cleanly on colored fabric. Use the original file rather than a copy saved from a messaging app; the preview shows the sweatshirt before you pay and warns you if the image is too small.

Is there a minimum order for a custom photo sweatshirt? No. You can order a single sweatshirt with your photo. The price per sweatshirt is the same from 1 to 9 items; an automatic 10% discount applies from 10 items in one cart and 15% from 25.
How long does delivery to the US take? Each sweatshirt is printed to order in the United States for a US address: 2 to 4 business days of production, then transit. Allow up to 15 business days in total.
What if my sweatshirt arrives with a defect? A printing error, a manufacturing defect, the wrong size or color on our side, or damage in transit is replaced or refunded at no cost. Report it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Because each sweatshirt is personalized, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes on delivery? Shipping is included and nothing is added at checkout. Our shipping policy states: “Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada), customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt: they are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.”
Which sizes are available? Adult unisex sizes S to 2XL, same price for every size. The Gildan 18000 has a relaxed unisex cut with ribbed cuffs and hem.
What photo quality do I need? Use the original photo, not a copy saved from a messaging app, ideally at least 2000 pixels on the short side. The preview warns you if the image is too small to print well.
