The price shown is the price you pay: no shipping line is added at checkout. Ordering several? The price per bag stays the same up to 9; from 10 items in one cart an automatic 10% discount applies, and 15% from 25. Each bag in the cart can carry a different photo.
How long does a single custom tote bag take to arrive?
There is no stock: your tote bag is printed after you order, in the United States for a US address. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, then the carrier takes over. Allow up to 15 business days in total, and add a few days around Christmas. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Which tote bag is it, and which colors?
- The bag: cotton, 38 × 42 cm, long handles to carry it on the shoulder.
- 5 colors: white, natural, navy, red, black.
- Print: direct print on one side, a wide area that takes a photo, a line of text or both. On dark bags a white underbase keeps the colors bright.
- Care: machine wash at 30 °C (86 °F) inside out, air dry.
What photo works best on a tote bag?
The bag is almost square, so a square or portrait photo fills the print area best. A tight crop on a face, a pet or a single object reads better from a distance than a wide group shot. Use the original file rather than a copy saved from a messaging app; the preview shows the bag before you pay and warns you if the image is too small.

Is there a minimum order for a custom photo tote bag? No. You can order a single tote bag with your photo. The price per bag is the same from 1 to 9 items; an automatic 10% discount applies from 10 items in one cart and 15% from 25.
How long does delivery to the US take? Each tote bag is printed to order in the United States for a US address: 2 to 4 business days of production, then transit. Allow up to 15 business days in total.
What if my tote bag arrives with a defect? A printing error, a manufacturing defect or damage in transit is replaced or refunded at no cost. Report it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Because each bag is personalized, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes on delivery? Shipping is included and nothing is added at checkout. Our shipping policy states: “Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada), customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt: they are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.”
How big is the bag, and can I wash it? It is a cotton tote bag measuring 38 × 42 cm (about 15 × 16.5 in), with long handles to carry it on the shoulder. Machine wash at 30 °C (86 °F) inside out and let it air dry.
What photo quality do I need? Use the original photo, not a copy saved from a messaging app, ideally at least 2000 pixels on the short side. The preview warns you if the image is too small to print well.
