Why ordering everything at once changes the game
Beyond convenience, there is a numbers-based argument. Starting at 10 items in your cart, a 10% discount is applied automatically; from 25 items, it increases to 15%. No code to enter, the total updates in the cart. And items are cumulative: ten different objects count as ten. A mug for your father, a tote bag for your sister, and a calendar for your grandparents all advance the counter.
A transparent clarification: the three wooden frames are excluded from this discount and do not count toward the threshold. Everything else qualifies—mugs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tote bags, postcards, and both calendars.
Building the list: one photo per person, not one per gift
The classic mistake is looking for twelve perfect images. In practice, a good photo can be used multiple times on different items. A summer vacation photo works just as well on a mug as it does on a set of postcards.
Effective sorting in three passes:
- Group photos for grandparents and extended family: sharp faces, everyone present.
- Photos of two people for a brother, sister, or couple of friends: it's the shared memory that counts, not the setup.
- Pet photos for children and dog or cat owners. This is the gift that gets the biggest laugh when opened.
Technically, a photo taken with a recent phone is more than enough for a mug or a t-shirt. For large formats, check that it hasn't been compressed by a messaging app: use the original from your gallery rather than the one received in a conversation. When to order to be worry-free
Everything is made to order: nothing is in stock, so nothing ships the same day. The site announces 5 to 10 business days for all products—count on a week, and leave yourself a buffer in December when carriers are busy.

Two points to know before confirming: delivery is to France, the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the United States, and the displayed price is the price paid, including delivery, even for a single item. Because each piece is personalized, there is no right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code)—however, any printing, manufacturing, or transport defect will be replaced or refunded.
