How it works. Upload your photo from your phone or computer, position it, and add a name, a date or a few words if you like. No photo to hand? Describe your visual in one sentence ("my dog in watercolor", "the two of us as a manga") and the AI draws it in seconds, in one of eleven styles. The preview is instant, no account needed, and nothing is sent until you order. What you see on screen is what gets printed.
What you get. A 325 ml ceramic mug with a comfortable handle, sublimation-printed across the whole surface (20 × 9.5 cm, the full wrap): the colors are in the glaze, not on top of it. A landscape photo or two photos side by side look best; text alone works too.
Shipping is included in the price shown, even for a single item. Every piece is printed to order as close as possible to the delivery address (in Europe for European orders, in the UK and the US for those destinations), then shipped: allow 5 to 10 working days in the UK, Europe and the US, up to 15 elsewhere. You can enter the recipient's address to send a gift directly. Automatic quantity discount: 10% off from 10 items, 15% off from 25, mixed products included (wooden frames excluded).

Before you order
- A registered business. Pose ton design is a sole trader registered in France, company number 828 582 106 00047. The legal notice, the terms of sale and the returns policy are published and name the person responsible.
- Payment is handled by Shopify. Card, Apple Pay, PayPal. Your card details never pass through us and are stored nowhere on this site.
- A real tracking number. As soon as it ships you get the carrier's tracking number and follow the parcel to your door. Not “processing” for three weeks.
- Your photo does not move before payment. The preview is computed in your own browser. The file only goes to the printer when you order, and it is deleted after dispatch.
- Damaged or not as approved: remade free of charge. With no return to organise. Who prints it, and what happens if it goes wrong.

How big is the printed area?
20 × 9.5 cm, almost the full wrap of the mug. The preview only shows about a third at a time because the mug is photographed from the side. Ceramic, 325 ml, dishwasher safe.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
To France, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Allow 5 to 10 working days in the UK and Europe including production (each item is printed close to the delivery address), and up to 15 working days elsewhere. Shipping is included in the displayed price whatever the country: nothing is added at checkout.
Where is it made?
To order, in Europe, by the Gelato printing network, in the workshop closest to the delivery address. There is no stock: every piece is produced for you.
Which photo prints well?
The original file from your phone, not a screenshot or an image received through a messaging app, which are compressed and print blurry. The site warns you before you order if the resolution is too low for this item. The preview is computed in your browser: nothing is uploaded before you order.
Can I add text?
Yes, free of charge: up to 40 characters, 15 typefaces and 7 effects, placed and resized on screen. A first name, a date, two words are enough.
Can I return it?
Personalised goods are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(c); in France, art. L221-28). If it arrives damaged, badly printed or not matching your order, it is remade free of charge: write to us through the contact form with a photo.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes, automatic and without a code: 10% off from 10 items in the same basket, 15% off from 25. Wooden frames are excluded.
