Personalised gift ideas for him, by budget

Every price includes shipping, the photo and the text, for a single item:

The smallest budget: the photo mug, $23.00 (325 ml ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe), or the t-shirt, $23.00 (Gildan 64000 Softstyle, 150 g/m², 9 colours).
The middle of the range: the 2027 calendar, , with a photo for every month; the cap, , one size, adjustable from 54 to 61 cm; the reversible bucket hat, .
The top of the range: the crew-neck sweatshirt, $45.00, the A4 wooden frame, $55.00, ready to hang, and the hoodie, $50.00 (Gildan 18500, 280 g/m² fleece).
Chipping in together: a hoodie and a mug come to $73.00, which is $18.25 each between four.

The hoodie is the gift he will wear most: it lasts all winter and the photo is seen every time he puts it on. Everything about it is in the personalised photo hoodie.

By personality: what suits him

He loves his dog or cat: a sweatshirt or mug with the pet cut out and the Best dog template. See the mug with a photo of his dog or cat.
He has a sense of humour: an embarrassing photo, a nickname, a line only the two of you get. See the in-joke gift.
He has just become a dad: a photo of the baby on a t-shirt or mug, with the Hello baby template. See the Father's Day gift.
He spends a lot of time outdoors: a cap or a bucket hat, with a short line of text or a small cut-out photo.
He keeps every memory: a frame with a photo from a trip or a match, or a calendar with a photo for each month.

Depending on who he is to you, the dedicated pages go further: your husband, your boyfriend, your dad, your best mate.

By occasion: birthdays, Christmas and the rest of the year

His birthday: his age in huge numbers with the big-number template (« Gros chiffre » in the studio), or a photo of him at his children's age. All the ideas are in the personalised birthday gift for him.
Christmas: the Ugly jumper template (« Pull moche ») on a sweatshirt, or the Merry Christmas template (« Joyeux Noël ») on a mug. See the personalised Christmas gift for him. For Friday 25 December 2026, order before Thursday 10 December in Europe; elsewhere, allow up to 15 working days and order by early December.
Valentine's Day: a photo of the two of you with the Love template. See the personalised Valentine's gift.
Father's Day: a photo of the children, or a child's drawing printed exactly as it is.
No occasion: a thank-you, a leaving present, a new home. The thank-you template (« Merci ! ») or the Polaroid template is all it takes.

Which photo and what text for a man

Few men will wear something covered in hearts. What works is whatever makes him smile without making him squirm:

A photo where he looks good, or else a funny one he is happy to own: both work, the in-between does not.
A cut-out subject: the free Remove background (AI) button isolates his dog, his car or the two of you, and it stands out cleanly on a black or navy sweatshirt.
Three words of text: a nickname, a date, a line between you. The ready-made text styles and the text ideas for each occasion give you a starting point.
The right colour: a light photo on black, navy, forest green or burgundy; a dark photo on white, sand or heather grey.
A photo saved from a chat: try Make the photo sharper (AI) and check the preview.

The mathsA personalised hoodie costs $50.00 with shipping included. Given by four people together with a photo mug, the gift comes to $73.00, which is $18.25 each. Given by two with a cap, it comes to $50.00, or $25.00 each.

Mistakes to avoid

Getting the size wrong: clothes come in adult sizes S to 2XL. Check the label on a sweatshirt he wears and compare it with the size guide. If you have no idea at all, go for a mug, a cap or a frame.
Clothing that is too loud for him: if he is the quiet type, put the photo on a mug or in a frame rather than on a sweatshirt.
Ordering at the last minute: allow 5 to 10 working days in the UK, Europe and the US, printing and delivery included, and up to 15 elsewhere.
Forgetting it can go straight to him: delivery to his own address is included.
A dark photo on a dark sweatshirt: the subject disappears. Cut it out or change the colour.

Prices include shipping, no minimum order. Printed one at a time near the delivery address, delivered in 5 to 10 working days in the UK, Europe and the US, up to 15 elsewhere.
