The short answer

After mid-December, the honest answer is the digital gift card: delivered by e-mail within minutes, it lets the person design their own item — photo or AI drawing, preview on the real product — with shipping already included when they order. Until 10 December 2026, a physical personalised gift still arrives in time.

The three honest options, by date

Until 10 December — anything on the shop arrives with the full 5-to-10-working-day window: mug, shirt, frame, calendar. Dates by country on the deadlines page.
11 to 15 December — a small item (mug, postcards) usually makes it, with zero margin for a hiccup.
From 16 December, including Christmas Eve — the e-mailed gift card, instant, plus the mock-up trick below.

How the e-mail gift card works, step by step

You pick the amount and order; the card arrives by e-mail within minutes, to you or straight to the recipient. They open the AI studio, drop a photo or describe an idea in one sentence, pick a style — manga, watercolour, comic book, pop art and seven more — and see the drawing on the actual item before paying with the card. Three AI tries are free and no account is needed, so they can play before deciding.

The mock-up under the tree

A gift card alone can feel thin on the 24th. The fix costs nothing: generate the drawing yourself with the free tries — their cat as a royal portrait, the family photo as a watercolour — screenshot the preview on the mug or the tee, print it, and wrap that with the card. The surprise lands on Christmas Eve; the real object follows in January, in their size and their choice.

Questions we get

How fast does the gift card arrive? It is sent by e-mail, usually within minutes of the order. You can have it sent to yourself to print or forward, or directly to the recipient.

What does the recipient actually do with it? They open the studio, upload a photo or describe an idea in one sentence, watch the AI draw it in one of 11 styles (three tries are free, no account), see it on the mug, shirt, frame or tote, and pay the difference if they pick something above the card's value.

Can I still get a physical item before the 24th? Until 10 December 2026, yes, with the full delivery window. From the 11th to the 15th it usually still works but with no margin. The full table by destination is on the deadlines page.

Is a gift card less personal? Flip it: the present becomes a moment. Many people wrap a printed mock-up — their dog already drawn as a manga character, generated with the free tries — with a note saying “now make it real”. The recipient gets both the surprise and the choice.

What values exist, and does it expire? The card is sold in several amounts from $23.00. French-law gift cards remain usable for the period stated at purchase — the card page states it before payment.

Can I use it from the US, the UK or Switzerland? Yes. The shop ships to France, the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the US, prices include shipping, and the storefront shows local currency.
