Who it is for. The only object in the shop that is neither worn nor hung up: it is lived with. It is the housewarming gift you can bring without getting it wrong, the thank-you for the person who looked after the cat, the Christmas present for the one who needs nothing. And the gift that leaves a mark, when the label carries a photo of the house, the dog or the group of friends.
How it works. You upload your photo, you position it on the label, you add a name, a date or a word. No photo to hand? Describe your visual in one sentence (“our house in watercolour”, “our cat as a royal portrait”) and the AI draws it in a few seconds, in one of the eleven styles on offer. The preview is instant, with no account to create, and nothing is sent before you order.
What you get. A scented candle poured into a glass, with its label printed with your visual. The glass is kept and reused once the candle has burned down — it is often the glass that ends up on display.
Delivery included in the price shown, from a single item. Each piece is made to order, as close as possible to the delivery address, then shipped: allow 5 to 10 working days. You can give the recipient's address to send a gift directly. Automatic volume discount: −10 % from 10 items, −15 % from 25, even mixed (wooden frames excluded).
Safety precautions. Never leave a lit candle unattended, keep it out of reach of children and animals, on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from anything that can catch fire. Leave at least ten centimetres between two lit candles and do not burn it for more than four hours at a stretch.

Personalised product: no right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). However, any printing, manufacturing or transport defect is replaced or refunded free of charge, within 14 days of delivery.
Before you order
- A registered business. Pose ton design is a sole trader registered in France, company number 828 582 106 00047. The legal notice, the terms of sale and the returns policy are published and name the person responsible.
- Payment is handled by Shopify. Card, Apple Pay, PayPal. Your card details never pass through us and are stored nowhere on this site.
- A real tracking number. As soon as it ships you get the carrier's tracking number and follow the parcel to your door. Not “processing” for three weeks.
- Your photo does not move before payment. The preview is computed in your own browser. The file only goes to the printer when you order, and it is deleted after dispatch.
- Damaged or not as approved: remade free of charge. With no return to organise. Who prints it, and what happens if it goes wrong.
Frequently asked questions
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
To France, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Allow 5 to 10 working days in the UK and Europe including production (each item is printed close to the delivery address), and up to 15 working days elsewhere. Shipping is included in the displayed price whatever the country: nothing is added at checkout.
Where is it made?
To order, in Europe, by the Gelato printing network, in the workshop closest to the delivery address. There is no stock: every piece is produced for you.
Which photo prints well?
The original file from your phone, not a screenshot or an image received through a messaging app, which are compressed and print blurry. The site warns you before you order if the resolution is too low for this item. The preview is computed in your browser: nothing is uploaded before you order.
Can I add text?
Yes, free of charge: up to 40 characters, 15 typefaces and 7 effects, placed and resized on screen. A first name, a date, two words are enough.
Can I return it?
Personalised goods are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(c); in France, art. L221-28). If it arrives damaged, badly printed or not matching your order, it is remade free of charge: write to us through the contact form with a photo.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes, automatic and without a code: 10% off from 10 items in the same basket, 15% off from 25. Wooden frames are excluded.
